Shipping Addresses
Currently, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please do not use a PO box as your shipping address when placing your order, or your order may be canceled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sepura Home Ltd. is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Shipping Address Changes
Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you would like to change the shipping address of your order, please email support@sepurahome.com within 4 hours of placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. The creation of a tracking number does not mean your order has shipped, please wait until the first scan from the shipping provider to determine if your order is in transit.
Responsibility and Liability
Once your order leaves our warehouse, Sepura Home Ltd. is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or other issues that may occur during shipping. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Sepura Home Ltd. pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We provide tracking information for all orders to help you monitor your shipment's progress.
If you are concerned about potential issues that may arise during shipping, we strongly recommend opting to purchase either the “Shipping Insurance Add-on”, the “Signature Required Upon Delivery Add-on”, or both. Please contact us at Support@Sepurahome.com to discuss adding these optional protections to your order. If you have already placed your order, these optional protections can be added within up to 4 hours after placing your order by contacting Support@Sepurahome.com.
Duties and Taxes
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada. Any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and these charges are not included in the purchase price.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding the duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product, please immediately contact the Sepura Home Customer Service team at support@sepurahome.com. Assistance is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, not including holidays.
Refused Deliveries and Returns
If a delivery is refused or an order is returned to our warehouse for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Should you prefer to return or refund the order instead, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order to avoid these additional charges.
Shipping Insurance Add-on Option
This optional add-on provides comprehensive coverage for any damage or loss that may occur during the shipping of your order.
If your order goes missing during shipping or arrives with physical damage (please note this does not include damage to the box) Sepura will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If your order arrives with physical damage please immediately contact us at support@sepurahome.com to begin the claim process. If your order is unable to be located Sepura will ship a replacement order at no cost to you.
Please note this insurance does not cover any damage, loss, or other issues that may occur after delivery by the shipping provider. If you are concerned about damage, loss, or other issues that may occur after delivery we strongly suggest adding the “Signature Required Upon Delivery” add-on below to your order.

Signature Required Upon Delivery Add-on Option
Enhance the security of your delivery with our Signature Required add-on. This option ensures that your Sepura Home order is only handed over at delivery upon receiving a signature. If you anticipate being unavailable to sign for your package, we recommend shipping to an address where a trusted individual can receive it on your behalf.
